Absolutely loved our stay. Loved the building, the location and the cafe. Particularly loved the resident corgi at the cafe “Waddles”. Great place to stay near all the local amenities in the city. What an amazing property !! A photographers subject on every staircase and courtyard. Fill of rich history, and thats before you are delighted by the rooms/apartment. Everything you need, amazing kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely shower, really clean and quiet. With Chinatown right there and trams abound, it is a fabulous location. I highly recommend this property and will be back.

Property was absolutely gorgeous inside and our room was great. We loved this spot as it was is in short walking distance of trams and a lot of other attractions. Only thing to complain about is a lack of attention to detail in cleaning. Oven trays and inner oven was filthy and places like inside the fridge did not looked cleaned either. Obviously this isn’t the biggest deal in the world so we would definitely still recommend this place highly to a friend.

It is old school and the building itself has a lot of character. The communication was excellent when we needed a couple of things sorted - it is a little noisy at night being right in the middle of Melbourne however nothing a set of earplugs didn’t sort - close to everything and we could walk everywhere so overall really cool little place!!

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Melbourne for the budget conscious. Close to Chinatown, the Theatres and Lygon St. Our apartment was nicely apointed with everything you could possibly need including a large HDTV. Very comfy bed and couch! I have already booked our next stay.

Spacious and Comfy
Accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to the central shopping area in the city. Tip: book the restaurant of your choice before your trip as they are fully booked on the weekends. This is my new favorite apartment in Melbourne and I recommend it to anyone for business trips or family trips.
