Go for the spa/pool but don’t expect much else
This is only 4 star because of the pool and spa. You have to book in to use the steam/sauna and it’s limited. Rooms far too warm and no temp control. No shower gel provided, got a dirty towel with a hair band and hair on it. No fresh cups for tea/coffee - room service, only make the bed and empty the bins. Had to get a robe at reception for the spa as none provided in the rooms. Restaurant is pretentious with average food.

Disastrous hotel and money grabbing management, look around else where to stay and it will save yourself a lot of trouble. By far the worst experience in my entire travelling life, it is beyond awful!
