The worst property hotel I stayed in!!!! VERY DIRTY AND DIRTY STAFF. I’m surprised the saudi kingdom health mister haven’t shut it down. I ask for my refund and they refused. I would really sleep in the prophet’s masjid then this dirt place. VERY VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED There should be a zero star rating because 1 star is to much for this place!!!

Staff have poor communication skills and sat at reception desk on their mobile phones most of the time. They were very patronising when I complained about the wifi. Hairdryer is fixed in the bathroom with a cord that doesn't reach the socket.

Prix accessible mais confort et service sommaires
Le prix est difficilement battable. Mais il n’y a pas de service (on nous refuse systématiquement une 2ème carte). La chambre et salle de bain méritent un rafraîchissement mais on peut s’en accomoder. Idéalement situé à 3 minutes seulement de la Mosquée et au milieu de commerces. Pratique pour aller du côté de Masjid Quba. Si vous avez un petit budget allez-y, sinon passez votre tour.
