Great customer service great courteous service
Amazing stay. We were there for our honeymoon and the resort made us feel really special. Some splendid food and drinks at the restaurants! Will definitely come back for a longer stay.
Felt like a home away from home. Would love to experience being here during every season.
JW Marriott Hotel at the Rosseau is a 4 star hotel, where the staff kept good care of my wife and I when we were on our honeymoon. Our staff were courteous,, they were prompt to our immediate needs and concerns, and they made us feel comfortable the entire week we stayed at hotel. One thing to note is that it's best to stay at this hotel during the summer and early fall because it is during that time period when the resort is full of activities including kayaking, the adventure park they have up front, and th spa facilities. Due to COVID-19, many of their activities were closed, so my wife and I did our best to enjoy the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel even had billiards and chess games to kill our spare time when the weather got dreary. Overall experience is an 8/10.
Restaurant very poor service , food very bad , honestly I don’t recommend
Muskoka setting is gorgeous. Room is spacious and clean. Service was polite and pleasant. When I checked in, no one mentioned that reservations were necessary for dinner dining and by the time I realized, all reservations were gone - only 5:00 p.m. remained. Room didn't have a robe (I had to call down for one), or napkins or dishtowel in the kitchenette. Microwave didn't work. Shower was cold two days of the three. Sink didn't drain properly in the bathroom. Small things that added up to disappointment. 2m physical distancing not observed or enforced in the hotel, dining, or bar areas. Guests are "asked" to distance in some areas. More information about surrounding area activities would be helpful (off site dining, hiking trails etc) Overall, while my stay was pleasant, it wasn't worth the money.
It was a very warm and pleasant experience. This is a great property with lots of food options within the property.
The food at Teca was excellent. The room was clean, the view was great, however looking at the building itself I was put off by the chipping paint on the exterior... made the place appear somewhat rundown.
Fire pit is awesome and the water view is spectular!!
