The key card failed severally. Other than that it was a lovely experience. Staff were courteous, friendly and willing to assist in any way they can.

Well located . Not as busy as the Raddison next door . Feels homely and the staff are very friendly and accommodative . Only gripe I had was the positioning of the toilet next to the shower cubicle . Felt like and afterthought . Also the housekeeping staff kept forgetting to put a floor towel in my room . Also face towels are not provided in the room which would have been a good addition . Otherwise the property is in a great location in Ikeja and the buffet options were great as well as the friendliness of the staff

Our stay was ok We forgot an pack of clothes in the room and spoke with the manager Regina who responded to the call. She promised to keep them following instructions for the person who'd pick it up. The dispatcher attempted over 3 times but they claimed thay had no idea. We attempted to correspond with Regina but she went cold turkey on us. If one cann not even trust where they reside, that is very worrisome to me. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend Radisson hotel becauae they did not put the client first. They did not keep a promise.

Staff at this hotel are nice and hospitable. I felt safe and welcome. Facility is clean. The catering side needs improvement. There is limited dishes at the restaurant. Mostly buffet for lunch and dinner and limited options for non meat eaters. Breakfast has limited options. The bar can do with more fresh drink options. Overall a good place to stay both for leasure and business
