This property is located in a secluded area of the Stella Maris beach where walking is not really ideal especially if you are alone. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Although I chose the “luxury” room, the bedroom was very modest but offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovation as there was noticeable mold and the sink seemed clogged. The A/C worked great but leaked so much - I had to place a towel on the floor. The amenities were great, offered daily activities to kids and adults . “Tia Nutella” was super at entertainment and the pool was beautiful! I would stay again but wouldn’t pay the “extra” for the luxury room.

Nope nope nope. Just book somewhere else. It was like arriving to a government department where you need to take a numbered ticket and wait an hour to be able to approach the front desk. Trust me, this is not a “resort experience”. You can get a much nicer experience for a cheaper price elsewhere. The rooms are so old they are falling apart. The only nice thing was the view.

This is one of those properties that looks like it “used to be great.” It was ok, but quite old. The tile in our room was either moldy or old and chipping out- not really sure, but it did not appear clean. Paint job was sloppy in the room. No USB ports in the room for charging phones. It was adequate, but not what we had hoped for.

L’ambiance générale est conviviale, et nous avons apprécié les services proposés. Cependant, nous pensons qu’un rafraîchissement des chambres serait bienvenu, car elles commencent à montrer des signes de vieillissement. Un petit renouveau leur donnerait un coup de fraîcheur tout en préservant le charme de l’établissement. Malgré cela, notre séjour a été plaisant, et nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre passage.

Excelente custo benefício. Quadros grandes e na beira da praia. Poderiam melhorar as atividades kids para que os pais consigam deixar os filhos brincando enquanto jantam ou apenas curtem a piscina, igual todo resort

Necessita uma melhor gestão
As instalações necessitam uma reforma urgentemente. Os atendentes necessitam treinamento, sem cordialidade nenhuma. Ter que preencher os dados no celular no momento do check-in é extremamente inconveniente. Obrigar os hóspedes a utilizarem pulseira é desconfortável e obsoleto. No retorno ao hotel na primeira noite fui repreendido e inconvenientemente pressionado pela senhora da recepção a vestir a pulseira, sendo que estava voltando de passeio na cidade (quem gosta de usar pulseira ainda mais fora do hotel?) e me dirigia ao quarto para dormir. A localização e praia são o maior atrativo.
