Room was clean, but LOUD! Very dated decor, and the complete opposite to the rest of the hotel. I could hear the traffic and the building work outside, as well as people running up and down the corridor. That said, lobby and gym were amazing and staff were incredible. This was a one-night business stay, so it was fine, but any longer would have been a big issue.

Not a 4 star hotel. Very poor rooms. I booked for 3 ppl, they gave me a kings bed that they said fits for 3. We were sleeping the first night like sardines. The next day I complained, the very unprofessional lady in the reception told me I have to pay for an extra bed. I expressed my frustration and started already to look for another hotel. Shortly after someone called and offered the extra bed free of charge. The other staff was friendly and sweet but slow service. You have to call and remind them. And don’t believe it’s close to JBR because you cannot walk there. I wouldn’t book this hotel again. But thanks to the Egyptian lady at the reception for always smiling and trying to help. She was sweet.

Check-in was fast and smooth. The room is small but reasonably spacious. The bed is comfortable, daily bottled water was replenished, and the view from the window was excellent. Soundproofing is weak: noises from the corridors are clearly audible, and sounds from other rooms can also be heard. Hot water in the bathtub consistently ran out after approximately 14 minutes (I timed it). When I contacted the front desk to ask whether hot water was limited, they seemed surprised and said an engineer would be sent, but the issue was never resolved. There was also a periodic smell of urine coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. The hotel kindly surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a nice gesture. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, while lunch was less impressive. The lobby café is excellent. I would consider staying here again, but only after confirming that the bathroom issues have been properly resolved.

The location looks to be out of the main areas, however it's quiet and the Tram is so accessible from outside the hotel into the Marina area, Metro and even the Palm Monorail easily within walking distance. Second time I have stayed and would again for sure.

The property is good. Great service and staff. The breakfast buffet was very nice and worth it. The hotel’s restaurant was closed for the evenings and there is a lack of restaurant choices around the property. The location is away from downtown and very poor public transport around the hotel area to the main city. We had to depend on taxis every time. Hotels pool is nice and they offer free shuttle service to a public beach
