There are no (good) managers at this hotel. Staff totally clueless, poorly trained and with no management service is extremely patchy. We saw broken glass left on rest. floor for 30 minutes

One of the best hotels in Dubai, the staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to help. The food options and theme nights are top quality, and the pool/beach facilities are exceptional. If you are looking for a child friendly hotel, with luxury, this is up there with the best.
