I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Park Plaza Chennai OMR.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues, including foggy and dirty windows, stained bedsheets, the absence of hand towels and a hair dryer, a malfunctioning toilet lid, and the unavailability of water in the pool.
It is my strong belief that guests should be informed about such shortcomings beforehand, enabling them to make an informed decision about whether to choose this hotel or not. Regrettably, these issues significantly impacted the quality of my two-day vacation with my family.
I trust you will take this feedback seriously, and I hope it contributes to improvements in the services provided by Park Plaza Chennai OMR.
