At first, the Front Desk Agent gave me an out of order room. I called to Front Desk from room many times but no one answered the call. This was poor service. I went to Front Desk. Miss Natalie Chan arranged room change. Natalie provided good service and this made a difference. In room, the electric sockets along the wall of long table were funny placed and so you couldn’t input your international charger. Two Concierge evening staff were not knowledgeable about the whereabouts of the hotel. One of shorter guy even gave me a farther shop location rather than the nearest shop. Quite disappointing. Overall, the hotel is good and convenient.

Amazing stay.
Amazing service from check in to check out. Staffs are extremely helpful who were trying their best to assist us in all areas. Thank you to Gavin who checked us in but our original room was not how we liked it, therefore, we paid for upgrades which was quite satisfying. Rooms are so comfortable and very clean. Thank you for all house-keepers: 紅姐，Eddy, 鳳姐and another lady but did not catch her name. Finally, Mr. Carl Lin’s whole Concierge team at the ground floor was fantastic especially Samson and Danny: amazing friendly and helpful. We were really enjoyed our stay with the hotel and highly recommended. Please keep up the good service. Thank you so very much.

The hotel is fine overall with reasonable rate comparing with others in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon city. Staffs are lovely and friendly, will try to help if problems occur. The house keepers are very efficient and helpful. The hotel links to the surrounding malls and MTR stations, extremely convenient. I am still staying here while writing this review.
