Hotel was very clean and nice. However, it is not located in convenient location(a bit far from MRT station). Also, staffs are not friendly. They are trained well and knows how to help you but no smile on the face just do the job done. Clean, modern, excellent staff, all spoke English. The only drawback is that New Taipei City is a fair distance from the main train station and Taoyuan Airport, so one must use either the MRT or taxis for most tours. But definitely a good hotel in all other respects.

Beautiful brand spanking new property in New Taipei- it is about 30 min MRT ride to center of Taipei, so a little out of the way if you want to do tourist activities. However it is perfect as stopover for traveling around Asia. It is a gorgeous new hotel, rooms are large and spacious, latest amenities including Japanese toilet, black out blinds, drinking water is supplied. Lobby and public areas are attractive. Staff are all wonderful friendly, and fluent in English. There is an amazing shopping mall/ department store located about 4 blocks away - it has food courts with many different kinds of Asian cuisine as well as a Starbucks, many clothing stores including Western brands such as North Face, Roots, and Asian ones like Muji and Uniqlo. I enjoyed spending alot of time here. Thank you for a lovely stay!
