Hotel was clean, spacious and in a good location convenient to Galway city with public transport outside the hotel. Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was delicious.
Absolutely amazing!
We stayed for 2 nights all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and sanitized as was all area's of the hotel my compliments to all the staff. It's in a great location for shopping and close all amenities. I would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to going back at Christmas.
Comfortable room although no air conditioning (or vent without opening the window) so was very hot in the room at night. A very close house to the hotel had a noisy outdoor party with sing song until 3am on Saturday Aug 8th so opening the window wasn’t really an option. Food was good overall both dinner and breakfast, and the staff exercised good Covid controls throughout
We had an excellent stay at the Menlo hotel. We checked in online so on arrival just collected our room key. The room was lovely, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy and my favorite feature was that we could cool down the room when ever we wanted with the ventilation in the room. Food in the hotel was excellent. Really couldn't recommend this hotel enough!
Lovely hotel just a little further from the city centre than we'd like
Super clean and beautiful. Great service throughout our stay. Would definitely come back.
Nice staff and nice room. Easy access and parking. Everything was fine and reasonable price. I would consider staying there again in future.
Can not recommend this hotel enough. We were in Galway for hospital visiting so not such a fun trip but this hotel and their amazing helpful friendly staff made our stay like we were on holidays. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had and all food throughout the stay was perfect and reasonable. The staff compared to the staff I have encountered in Hotels like Ashford and Lough Eske whom I always compare as how staff can make a hotel. Chris in the restaurant and another lady (long dark hair in ponytail) I didn’t not catch her name were superb with their friendliness and attention to detail. The hotel was spotless and with the Corona Virus on the radar the receptionists were continuously cleaning the front doors, handles, tables, etc on top of their normal duties. 3 generations of us stayed at the hotel (age range from 77 to 12) and we all agreed whenever we stay in Galway again this is our resident hotel!
