The service at this hotel was especially exceptional - the staff connected with us ahead of time to see when we would be arriving, and were able to check us in quite early. Everyone was helpful, friendly and kind. Great location - we were able to walk to several sites nearby, like restaurants, St. Stephen’s Green, and The Little Museum of Dublin.

Great location but the accomodation was compromised by being in the basement location. Maybe quieter but certainly not a city view as promised. All accomodation in Dublin is expensive but I simply don't believe we got value for money.

Good location. The staff were all very nice. The condition of the rooms, halls were a bit threadbare. Furniture old, beds only ok. No elevator or bell staff. No air conditioning or vents beyond opening a window to a noisy street.

The best thing about this hotel was its location. We walked everywhere for 5 cays! It was quiet and clean and very friendly staff. Lenka was always so cheerful and helpful. the only thing I would say is that the room was very small,, and not much place to put suitcases and things.
