Ideal location for a short stay
This ibis was recommended to us by a friend who previously stayed here. The location is ideal for a short stay in Geneva. There's a well serviced bus stop a minute from the hotel (Bus route No. 8). The reception staff were welcoming and helpful with our questions during this stay. Checking in was quick and efficient. Our room faced onto the street but was quiet and clean. Fresh drinking water is available at reception daily and the hotel uses bamboo cups. We didn't avail of food as we had other plans so I cannot comment on this aspect. I would happily stay here again based on my experience during this visit.

The staff was very accommodating and always nice, always willing to help and in fact is the only reason for an overall The room was clean when I arrived and was visited by the housekeeping daily with all the usual things like doing bed, picking out rubbish etc., however, a better job could had been done at vacuuming during the stay as over the course of just two days, clumps of dust started to accumulate on the floor. The room was a standard and albeit a bit bear, it was alright. The only thing I'd really welcome and that is actually very common in such kind of hotels is at least a cattle. As far as the bathroom goes, I had to readjust the sealing of the shower doors just not to flood the whole bathroom (I could have called the desk, but it was such a minor thing to do). The silicone between the tiles were a bit blackish at several points but didn't seem to be spreading enough to concern me and yet it brought the overall feeling of the bathroom a bit down.

Very nice stay
Very nice hotel and staff. We arrived early and they stored our luggage while we did some sightseeing. Once our rooms were ready they came and told us we could check-in and we went to the head of the line. Dinner was nice and service was great.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is idea next to a public bus that connects us to anywhere in the city. With the free transport cards provided by Geneva tourism bureau really brought us a whole range or convience.
