Very nice and characterful property, really interesting to look around and sit in all the different areas. Location very convenient to walk around the city, and felt enough off the beaten track to take you away from the chaos. Breakfast offering was pretty good, and reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Service staff in the bar and restaurant were a bit less helpful but we tended to go out to eat instead. We stayed in the Berber suite, which was massive and very nicely decorated with a large private patio and outdoor area to relax. The only downside was the bathroom door didn't give much privacy. There were decorative holes in the top of the door as well as the door not really fitting in the doorframe, so you might be a bit uncomfortable if you're bothered by that sort of thing... a downside to the bespoke decorative doors I suppose!

Excellent location to reach sites inside of Medina, but to catch a taxi to go outside of it! Palais Sebban is an authentic beautiful riad, staff is genuinely helpful and there for your needs( Youssef, Omar, Sofia, Mona), the atmosphere is from Arabian Nights !!!! We had a deluxe room and it was fabulous. The courtyard area in the middle of the riad is stunning. We liked it so much we changed our plans to stay in a different riad when we return to Marrakech, we're staying at Palais Sebban again! Location to get to a car/taxi is convenient as is it's location to Jemaa El Fnaa. Breakfast is fabulous too!

It’s a gorgeous riad, beautiful rooms and courtyards . Staff were wonderful, friendly. Food at the restaurant was delicious 👌. The only negative was the location, the surrounding streets were not nice and the men were quite aggressive outside, nothing to do with the hotel tho .
