Awful
Dirty, lots and lots of insects living inside the room and bathroom. Hasn't had a decent clean in months (years?), sticky floor, spiders living all over the place, several different types of insects living all over. Most disgusting remote control every touched! Cleaned it, and killed lots of bugs, ourselves. So, the next unfortunate guests will have it slightly better. Also, really noisy. Can hear everything from the parking lot, other rooms.

Always an exceptional stay. The staff work so hard to make it an enjoyable experience. Nothing is ever a hassle and they will always bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met. If you havent stayed here yet, do yourself a favour and do it.

Comfy bed
The room was very nice, the decor a little old fashioned. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom a little small but ok. A microwave and toaster were provided, but no plates or cutlery which I found a little odd, good job I had some with me! The food in the restaurant was nice, but a little overpriced. All the staff are super friendly, though I found Charles, the manager, to be unnecessarily condescending and sarcastic.
