Horrible, I've stayed in hotels around the world and this one of the worst is experience and would give it -10 if possible.
The gentle man before me at check in was disabled and needed a room with ADA access of corse they didn't have one.
I waited on line for 40 min just to check in and had to ask for them to return my passport.
When i got to the room it wasn't cleaned, i had to go down to the reception because the phone didn't work, they said we'll have some one come clean the room and 20 min after i unpacked they said i was in the wrong room.
There was only one large towel and on floor towel, the 2nd day i had to bribe the cleaning lady for one clean towel.
The room itself isn't horrible apart from the fact that the water is ice COLD in the shower and vanity, the 1 sq. ft refrigerator didn't work.
Only 2 of the three elevators worked and i seen my self waiting 5-10 min for one.
The out door pool was nice when i got there but no towels.
The casino charges 15% of ever dollar that you redeem whether you won or just cashed some cash what a ripoff.
I found a friend that i wanted to bring back to my room for a drink, I was informed that i have to register them, they charge $42 even tho i booked double occupancy, once more another scam.
Over all this was an unforgettable experience that i hope you'll never witness.
