Although this was more than walking distance from city of Ponta Delgada it still was close enough to drive, bus, etc. There were shopping and dining options in and near the hotel. Staff at front desk and bar were great, and we enjoyed it here for our last day before our flight, and drove to city after check out before we flew home in the afternoon.

This property was in a great location. Everything was walkable but at the same time at a decent distance from the city. Walking distance also to the pineapple plantation which is a must see. Nice hotel. Was able to check in early which was amazing after a red eye flight. Staff was super friendly. Rooftop view was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a bit small. About a 15 minute walk to the water. Overall, we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

We stayed at this property twice within a month snd the location is excellent, rooms are spacious, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet and dinner are good. If you have forgotten anything there is a huge grocery store within feet from the hotel. To go downtown to the waterfront and nearby restaurants, that too is an easy walk.
