I usually don’t write reviews as I believe it’s better to say nothing than something terrible but here we go.1st day of check in, found dirty pillow case and hair from not sure who on my sheets. Ok cool, minor mistake. Went to reception asked for housekeeping to change my sheets, front desk said they would call them. I come back to my room later that evening and sheets were not changed. Went back to front desk, they said sorry it’s too late housekeeping already left and handed me sheets so i could change them myself. That was strike one, strike two, the food was terrible - not sure what they put in there but my family and I had stomach issues the whole time we were there. Beach was not clean, the pool was freezing to the point where hotel guests were not even using it. I had such a bad experience I ended up checking out 4 nights early. Called Travelocity for a refund due to cleanliness and food issues, the hotel claimed those were not major issues and refused a refund. It’s disappointing that hotel management finds cleanliness not a major issue. I’d take my business somewhere else if I were you. Again, sorry to have to write this review but I had no choice as my refund was denied.
