Great Service Staff. Clean. Coffee always available. Would like to see the happy hour have happy hour things for the duration, not just the first half hour or so (i.e., beer). Either way, this is our place to stay and have many times.

All of the hotel staff was friendly like family. It was also nicely located across the street and threw some trees to a Publix grocery store and a small mall with multiple restaurants work out facilities so it was very convenient. The suite was neat and clean and everything has advertised. I stayed for a full eight days and would certainly come back here again.

6/10 Good

Our initial room provided had a broken window. On a ground floor. The only remaining room was an accessible room, was musty and dank. The bathroom was deplorable. Staff was apologetic and extremely helpful. We were very happy to only be there one night.

We didn’t have breakfast, but the rooms were big and spacious with the kitchen and well stocked with all the appliances and everything you’d need if you wanted to make something in the room. Rooms were clean, and the location was good. People in the hotel were very friendly.

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff very prompt and courteous. The lobby/kitchen staff were first rate and the (included) morning breakfasts were surprisingly good.

Upon arrival it was just as pictured. Walked in to a super friendly staff. Nice sitting and eating area, pet bar was so cute. Smelled clean and inviting. The air freshener might have been new because it was too strong and overwhelming for my senses. The halls were very long and bare. Lacked decor. Entered our room/suite, super nice. Comfort level 10/10. The amenities are great for family on budget being able to cook our own meals in our room. Ceiling fan was great. Hot water for a great shower. On to the pool area; little putting golf course and plenty of seating near the grills for our use if needed. Pool water was refreshing. Sad the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast buffet consisted of 4 hot trays, scrambled eggs, potatoes and 2 meats for tacos. (Never thought tacos for breakfast) Wish they had bacon. Cereal, oatmeal toast, bagels, make your own yummy waffles, fruit, yogurt and muffins plus coffee, tea and juice. All in all or stay was great and will definitely choose Homewood again for our next adventure to Sarasota.

Room was clean, staff friendly, pool great condition, breakfast well done. The only thing that I wouldn’t recommend is the mattress- it seems old , very used and make too much noise .

All of the staff were awesome but I would give a special mention to Rosalina in the kitchen and dining room. She was helpful, welcoming, friendly and kind. The breakfast (& Coffee )was great! The rooms were nice and clean . The beds were not great but it was one night.

The rooms were clean, the carpets in the hallways and staircases were filthy, and smelled. There was no a/c in the hallways
