Room was nice but was not cleaned and no towels changed during the whole stay. Maybe they don’t do this anymore? Also, there was often no one at front desk when needed. The hotel facilities are great, gym and there’s a new restaurant. The location is also good and quiet.

Håller inte riktigt.

Trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Däremot mycket märklig policy kring husdjur. Det går inte att lämna hunden ensam på rummet om man vill gå ut på kvällen, vilket blir ett stort problem eftersom hundar inte är tillåtna på stadens restauranger. Ett tydligt moment 22. Hundar är dessutom inte välkomna i hotellets egen bar eller restaurang, trots att hotellet marknadsför sig som ”husdjursvänligt”. Samma problem uppstår vid frukosten. Vi betalade extra för utsikt mot havet/hamnen, men fick utsikt mot industrihamnen med hyreshus framför. se bild. Rummen saknar riktiga glas, endast pappmuggar finns. Vi kunde dock låna vinglas i baren, vilket fungerade bra. Frukosten kostar 180 DKK per person. Vill du ha den i ännu vassare ton, eller mer neutral?

Lækkert og hyggeligt hotel Super servicemindet personale. Gode værelser. Gulv håndklæde ville være rart så badeværelses gulvet ikke sejler efter bad. Kun 1 kok i køkkenet gjorde at vi måtte vente længere end 1 time på aftensmad. Det unge personale kunne godt lige have sagt at det ville tage lidt tid… først da vi spurgte hvad der var årsagen kom servicen i gang…. Men så var de også super service minded…. Vi har haft en fed oplevelse
