I like this hotel and will definitely return. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and can communicate well in English. I am just a bit concerned about the distance I need to walk to my river side room in winter as it’s really chilly outside. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Food is nice but the morning traffic is a bit overwhelming. It’s a close distance to the outlet in case you are trying to drain your pocket there.

Nice and comfortable hotel.

It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby has a welcoming and warm fireplace, it was perfect on a cold day. The room was very clean and spacious. If I have to be picky, then there was only a small sofa which very tightly fit two persons. There is a balcony where there are lawn chairs. It was too cold to sit outside. The hotel has separated buildings so to go from your room to the restaurant or lobby or spa, you have to walk outside and it was cold when we went so that was not so nice. If the trip was not in winter, then it is perfect. The breakfast had pretty good selections. I also liked the shuttle service that takes you to the train station from the hotel.
