Very nice and professional staff. Property is clean and smells wonderful. I stayed with my 3 sons for the weekend and they loved it as well. We will be coming back as I recommend family and friends as well.

Honest review
Hotel is very nice and clean, everything is fairly new. We were on the first floor and room was very nice and clean but tv and microwave weren’t working. They changed us to a room on the 6th floor and everything was fine. Location wise is good but city is doing some repairs outside. Negative factor is no breakfast yet but they said they are working to have it in the near future. Parking is on the street. Overall, I would stay here again.

First off there was a $100 deposit requested upon check-in that was not displayed on hotels.com. I'm pretty sure it said that they had breakfast, And then I was told that they didn't have any in the building. Finally, there's a period of time where the keys didn't work and none of the TVs worked. The only way I was able to watch TV was because I knew how to use a Samsung Smart TV and found the Nickelodeon feature. The staff were really nice though.

I got this hotel to have a self care weekend it’s not listed at all that they just opened or anything the room they did not clean it the whole weekend . They did not have tv access in my room and told me they would fix it i didn’t have a tv the whole weekend terrible terrible experience with no access to the gym either i paid full price for a weekend i sleep on dirty sheets for 2 days

where do I begin? I’m not even one for reviews however, I checked into this hotel just to be told that the hotel keys are not working and i have to have an employee accompany me to the room to assure that i can get in. The first room that i received a key for had no tv remote i went to call for room service and realized that the rooms have no phones to call down to the main desk. I ended up having to google the hotel number and call them. The receptionist told me that they had a bunch of remotes downstairs but he couldn’t be sure that they would work for my tv. He agreed to change the room and told me to come back down stairs for a new room. the second room that I was escorted to was being occupied, when the worker let me in the room someone else’s bags were still in there a freshly used towel on the back of the chair and a un-made bed. I turned to the worker who looked just as confused as me. the THIRD room that i was given was filthy, bed unmade whole room dirty. The 4th room that i was given finally had a tv remote and a made bed, however the bathroom had long strands of hair hanging from the shower head. I ended up having to clean the tub and shower out because at this point it’s really late, i just got off of work and had to be back to work in the morning I was exhausted. On top of all of this the hotel key doesn’t work. next day i tried to get a new key to go to the gym and was told my key would deactivate in an hour because checkout was soon. This place is a MOTEL

Hotel muito limpo e arrumado, a única questão é por estar na avenida do Train o barulho é intenso e a bagunça da avenida desabona muito a qualidade do hotel. Mas acomodações e serviços foram excelentes.
