The room was clean. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were pleasant and accommodating. Saw a cockroach one night in the bathroom. This was on my last night of 3 so not sure if that was an unusual occurrence or the norm. Otherwise, I had no issues.

Literally took 15 minutes of wasting water to get ANY hot water on third floor for shower. Toilet seat was not secured to toilet. When I walked into room, A/C had been running non stop, and room was 55 degrees cold.
