Decent breakfast

It was ok, we were in the further wing of the hotel and there is only access via the 8th floor or 1st so you had to get two lifts every time which was a bit of a pain. Also the bar was closed on a Saturday night which was annoying when we got back to the hotel and fancied a night cap. Definitely a mid week business hotel rather than for tourists

Reception staff reluctant to deal with guests. Room not cleaned at all (despite confirming we wanted cleaning). On the other yand, wonderful breakfast buffet with nice staff.

I booked a queen room with a queen bed. The bed was 140cms. The room is very, very small. I asked for thin pillows, they only have thick pillows in the whole hotel, really?

God frokost!

Fint rom, men manglet dopapir og balsam. Utemøblene var veldig skitten så man ble svart på klærne av å sitte der. Artig med køyeseng til barna og at de fikk seg en kupong på gratis moctail. Elendig med lufting når det er så varmt ute, men fikk vifte i resepsjonen og det hjalp mye på. Det burde vært satt ut på rommene når det er meldt så varmt. Veldig god og variert frokost!! Hyggelige og hjelpsomt personal. Ordnet straks opp i dopapir, balsam og vifte når man kom å etterlyste det. Vi kom litt vel tidlig til innsjekk, men fikk lagre bagasjen mens vi ventet. Treningsrommet var lite men helt ok.

Ikke rengjort

Rommet var ikke rengjort. Det var nye trekk på sengene og toalett og vask var tørket over, men resten av rommet var fullt av støv og hår. Særlig dusjen var lite delikat. I tillegg var ikke søpla tømt. Likevel var kanskje det verste at Oslo hadde årets varmeste dag og en kunne ikke kontrollere AC-anlegget. Anlegget hadde så liten effekt at det var poengløst og vi lå en i smelteovn hele natta. I sum var rommet forferdelig, hotellets lokasjon supert og frokosten nydelig.
