My go to when in Fresno. Funky 70’s atmosphere. Large clean room, quiet and enjoyable. Don’t tell too many people— I don’t want it crowded! My only wish is that the restaurant would be a little different.

Luxury hotel/motel at a modest price

From check-in to check-out, a really wonderful experience. The room was large and beautifully appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was great. HVAC was very nice and quiet. The whole facility seemed like luxury condo. The breakfast was extensive and very satisfying. I don't understand how much quality it offered despite the modest price?!? A real winner for travelers!

I stay here a lot and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. The beds are not terrible but they are pretty soft. Hotel Piccadilly includes free breakfast that is pretty good too.

My two night stay at Hotel Piccadilly.

This hotel is in a very good location, and has good parking options. I felt secure there, and the room was in good condition. Hotel Piccadilly has a very good hot breakfast buffet. Also, there is a very good Italian restaurant two blocks east on Shaw Ave. that I can walk to and have dinner.
