El servicio del hotel es bueno pero con gente quedan cortos, en la zona de alberca no hay lugares en fin de semana, tardan mucho lo que pides a la carta, poco personal, yo pedí la habitación con alberca y estaba muy sucia. El lugar es fantastico pero si vas en sabado si que hay que mejorar el servicio de comida en albercas y cuartos

Muy buena atención, el hotel muy cuidado. Solamente LES URGE establecer el jacuzzi exclusivo para adultos y en vdd no permitir niños dentro, tienen espacios muy amplios y divertidos para ellos. Pero fue imposible utilizarlo de la cantidad de niños dentro.
