Great Location
This basic hotel was a great find. Ocean front, steps to great restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly. Originally booked 2 nights and ended up extending the stay. Great value for the location.

Rented a room because my apartment in Zipolite doesnt have air conditioning and it was really hot for a couple of days. Location was great Staff was great Property—not the nicest but not the worst

Great location
The hotel is basic, but clean, and the beds are comfortable. Also, the AC is fantastic, and for the price point there are not a lot of options with hotels that offer AC. The location could not be better, beach front and next to some great restaurants and beach clubs. WiFi is spotty throughout the day, and hot water runs out when too many people shower in the morning, but overall not too much of a concern if you can work around that. On a side note, the room had a fridge. I plugged it in, and it worked, but emitted a foul odor. I would suggest not plugging in the fridge if your room has one. Once unplugged, the smell went away. Originally booked 2 nights, ended up extending the stay. Easily recommend the hotel for anyone that is looking for basic but clean accommodation.

A guest walks out the back of this property directly onto the beautiful beach or out the front directly onto main street. The hotel is quiet, seems secure, adequate lighting without being too bright and glaring. The pool and surroundings looked great, but I didn't go in since the ocean was right there. Room staff very attentive and in and out by mid-morning. I extended my original reservation and will go back.

Staff were terrific. Welcoming and very attentive. Can't beat the location. The room is very basic but very clean. The bed was very comfortable - great mattress. Overall the room met my needs. I'd have liked it better if the internet worked more often and better and if there'd been a secure locker/safe to keep things. Having said that I'd definitely return.

Personnel sympathique mais toujours le minimum staff de nuit faut pas trop les déranger car les jeux sur leur téléphone sont prioritaire bcp d’amélioration à faire ça manque de maintenance . arriver pas à 5h02 pm pour remplacer vos serviettes vous ne les aurai pas ,ménage de chambre à tout les jours .les aires communes ne sont pas nettoyer et entretenu bref l’emplacement est correct et central pour kkes nuit ça vas mais pas pour un long séjour .point fort frigo dans les chambres , climatisation et piscine pas de machine à café dans les chambres pas de verre ni ouvre bouteille rien pour accommoder les voyageurs
