I had a pretty late check in and the night auditor Quintin was extremely helpful and kind. He provided a thorough walk thru of the property and important information I needed to know about my stay. My room was very comfy and perfectly located near a lot of restaurants and venues. The time I spent at the property was always lively and each staff member would greet me with a smile. I highly recommend Moxy for your next visit to New Orleans.

Hotels.com fails it’s customers.
I had RM 401 and when i checked in, aside from the queen size bed being 5” smaller than a queen size bed, the room was fine. When I returned later in the evening, th room smelled of natural gas. I complained and was told that their laundry facility two floors down emits smells. I couldn’t believe it. I had to find my own hotel as the Hotels team failed me due to a dropped call. The team didn’t even call me back. Supposedly I was to get a $75 voucher in my 1 dollars account and it isn’t there.
