The location is great- just off the train and around the corner from the ice rink/ start of the markets. Room was average at best- cleaned but in need of update- stained carpet, outdated decor, old hair dryer that barely worked, etc. Breakfast was the bare minimum- for $15 you can get much better coffee/ options nearby. Perfect for Octoberfest

Surprisingly affordable hotel close to Octoberfest. OK room, ok bathroom, ask for room not facing the street for a quiet nights sleep. Only downside was requirement to be out by 11, which is hard after partying at the Oktoberfest :)

great location! easy access to the old town. Marienplatz and Karlsplatz are few minutes walk. it was so easy to check in even late at night. front desk staff leaves at 11:00pm. the floor of the room could need an improvement,the carpet is dated. maybe a small coffee pot in the room would be nice.

The shower in our room did not work properly and the TV never worked. I did not report it because we were out constantly out with friends and when we could the reception area was always busy. The hotel is however, centrally located for the main sights in Munich.
