The hotel is conveniently located in a nice part of Taipei within walking distance to the SOGO luxury department stores. The hotel service is good and the newer style hotel rooms while small — offer understated elegance and offer basic but much appreciated amenities. The onsite public bath and hotel restaurant are nice features. The double twin beds offer more room than the single queen corner room.

Everything feels new and clean, the housekeeping has done a great job! The mrt station is just right outside the hotel hence superb accessibility. The staff was exceptional. The front desk stored our luggage two days prior to check-in and our luggage was in our room upon our arrival. The lounge area was very nice as we were able to utilize it after we checked out, as we had a late flight departure. Upon checking out, front desk staff noticed we hadn't used two of our breakfast coupons and re-issed coupons that could be used towards lunch/ dinner for our final day. They were very helpful in calling taxis and helping my husband, who is handicapped. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were ample outlets to charge our electronics. We enjoyed our stay.

This is home away from home. We arrived early to catch a half day tour. When we arrived in the afternoon, our luggage was already set up in our room. Such a small gesture that meant a lot for travelers who have come a long way. The place is immaculately clean that I don't want to disturb the room with my mess. The metro is just beside the hotel that it is convenient to just use the metro than take a taxi( if only we know when we arrive). I will not hesitate to use the same hotel if ever i go back to Taipei
