I went to the room . It hasn’t been even cleaned there was wet towels bed sheets meat up the previous who ever was staying the whole trash was full . I never been in disgusting room like this before . I called from the room phone line they don’t answer over and over . I had to drive up and keep calling for customer service no one was there . The customer service boy he can’t even a and he is telling me I had 30 minutes to complain about a room but I was getting my stuff together and I was calling them from room service phone which they didn’t answer. Horrible people to deal with

I arrived at 23.00 and reception was closed at 22.00 so i had to find othet accommodation at extra cost.There was no mention of being closed ay 22.00 in my booking Plus the free breakfast no lnger exists

The rooms are great. Bed comfortable, clean. Air conditioning very robust and noisy. Outside could be shined up a bit and the barrels an eyesore. Parking slots not very generous especially for handicap.
