"Nice and relaxed vibe at this hotel. The hotel and staff are nice and the breakfast is generous. The bar area was simple but had a good vibe, also my teenage son enjoyed staying there till late after the NBA games :-) Location is very good if you want to stay near the water and piers."

"The chocolates they had on hand , were horrible.., that were sent up to my room. The tastes were too strange. I threw 1/2 away or spit them out. Choose better chocolates. The robot waiter was great. Staff were great. Property was small. Thought I was getting a view and I had a view of a wall. Driving into the property is tricky, I missed it 2 times. If traffic is behind you, and in a rush, you’ll miss the parking structure. It’s right at the corner.. and valet is 95$, no choice or street parking."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zoe during my recent trip to San Francisco. The location is excellent—close to Fisherman’s Wharf, the waterfront, restaurants, and many of the city’s attractions, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. Every interaction made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the comfortable rooms and the attention to detail throughout the property. I would gladly stay at Hotel Zoe again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco who is looking for a convenient location, excellent service, and a pleasant overall experience."

"The stay at the Handlery was nice. I hadn't stayed there before so it was ok. Check in was quick, as well as check out. Parking was $77 a night, but it is the city. The location of the hotel was walking distance to a lot of places to eat late at night, as well as it being walking distance to the Orpheum Theatre."
