I had a wonderful stay at Rosmerys apartment for 4 nights. It is located in an ideal location. A few great cafes are within a few minutes walk. El Cafe was my favorite. Rosmery is a warm and kind young lady. She was very responsive to all of my requests. She can arrange a taxi pick up from the airport. I would recommend a taxi as public bus is very complicated for a tourist. If I come back to Havana, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It has a bedroom with ac in the 2nd floor. 1st floor is living room, dining room, kitchen, and shower room. Also even comes with a washing machine.

I had the pleasure of staying at "RosMery's Apt" and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment truly impressed me. What surprised me the most was the layout of the apartment - a bedroom on the first floor, a living room on the ground floor, and a bathroom and dining area, all of which were exclusively available for my use. The entrance to the apartment might be a bit tricky to find as there isn't a sign or doorbell, so I recommend arranging a meeting with the owner on the street. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it. The price is also very attractive.

Appena arrivati ci siamo spaventati della quarteria, della strada dissestata con edifici fatiscenti. Ma poi abbiamo apprezzato il posto centrale dal quale puoi visitare tutta l'habana a piedi...le strade e la gente sono sicure e a parte la scala ripida per andare in camera da letto e un solo asciugamano per tre giorni...una bella esperienza posto consigliato non spaventatevi...La ragazza accogliente e disponibile.

The best I found in Old Havana
For my first days on my first trip to Cuba I couldn’t have wished for a better start! In a lively but safe neighbourhood just outside a more touristic area in Old Havana I had the whole apartement to myself, good airco in my bedroom, and very friendly neighbours on a sort private little street where several families live, parallel behind Via Aguacate. They answerd all my curious questions with great cordiality and coddled me with coffee, strong and sweet – we soon became good friends :) Rosemerys was easy to reach and very helpful and friendly, and if I hadn’t needed wifi for my laptop I had stayed there during my entire stay in Cuba. Next time I’ll have a smartphone too (there are wifi spots near by) and book only here!

First time in Havana and on Cuba. This was a perfect choice. Excellently located for tourism around the city, this is the perfect spot in Habana Vieja. Petit appartement avec un salon et une salle de bain au rdc et deux chambre à l'étage (une chambre pour les clients et une pour l'hôte qui dormait ailleurs pendant notre présence). L'escalier est ultra casse gueule, je préfère le préciser car ça ne convient pas à tout le monde. Il y avait la clim dans la chambre, qui était confortable mais le reste de l'appartement était très chaud et humide donc on n'en a pas profité. L'appartement est bien placé, proche du centre. L'hôte est très sympathique, elle a ce qu'il faut pour le change et n'a pas insisté pour nous vendre / recommander des trucs. La "navette" depuis l'aéroport était simplement un taxi, elle fait payer 30 euros avec sa com, je pense qu'on peut l'avoir beaucoup moins cher sur place.
