Lovely property in a lovely quiet location. Had issues with water on both mornings and was simply told it was a technical issue. Although all waiter were nice service was very poor. I discovered this is very much the norm across Albania. A lot of confusion around breakfast and what’s available including coffee. So sort your service out and you will be very close to getting top ratings but I fear you don’t feel that there is an issue to resolve.

Nice hotel but there is lack of service
The hotel is good. Facilities are great and location is amazing. Unfortunately , the service is disappointed. I paid 242 Euro for 2 nights and booked the best suite they had. Upon check in, different room was provided and after many discussions with their manager , i was given the room i booked as an ''upgraded'' room when actually i paid for that room. Breakfast was also disappointed. I asked for 2 fresh orange juice only to be charged for that upon leaving the restaurant. Upon check out , i was expected these charges to be waived but their manager insisted that i should be paying , so i had no choice.

Got to the place at 1230 am. There was no front desk person. We had to wake up the guard. He offered us a room that was not what we booked, hoping we would take it. Hôtel correct mais le restaurant est très très long. Plus de 2h pour servir entre un plat et un dessert. Pour un séjour tranquille, je déconseille. Dimanche DJ à fond avec musique extrêmement bruyante et on ne peut pas discuter ensemble. Le lundi musique playlist mais pareil tte s très fort. Cela n’est pas du tout reposant autour d’une piscine. Très dommage d’avoir autant de bruit autour d’une piscine lorsque l’on vient en vacances pour ce reposer également. Musique à fond…. Et en plus on ne s’entend même pas parler. Nous sommes obliger de crier pour discuter.

Levde inte alls upp till vad man förväntade sig. Poolen var otjänlig och det fanns inte en enda solstol. Det fanns en restaurang, inget annat. Frukosten hade ej buffé, utan en färdig tallrik. Man fick antingen kaffe/te eller juice, uselt att inte kunna få både en kopp kaffe och ett glas juice. Långt från allt och svindyrt för ingenting. Undvik.
