Very Good
Great Value
Solid value hotel for business traveler not looking for frills. Surprisingly solid dining room for a value hotel. Staff were good throughout.

Poor
Not customer friendly hotel.
Weather was so bad I could not drive in from the U S Hotel did nothing to help the situation and would not exchange dates therefore I will never make a reservation at this hotel. There are plenty of others in that area that would be more sympathetic when someone cannot even get to their hotel especially if they are driving 5 hours with a one year old.

Overall good stay
All was good with rooms but the corridors had a very bad smell of smoke. I was in a non smoking room which was good but obviously there are smokers in that section

Very Good
The power of my room was out three times during my 2 nights stay. There should be an upgrade of voltage for my room that I stayed at least.

Too loud ! No Rest !
We stayed at the hotel a few nights ago finding it through hotels.com and we would like you to know about our stay. Only a short while (after unpacking) we noticed that there were ants in the room. The front desk did put us in another room. Unfortunately here is the second complaint. We were in a room beside people that were extremely loud. We notified some security people at 11:15 p.m. but the noise persisted. We notified the front desk at 12:30 a.m. and still the noise and parting got louder. It was just after 2.a.m. and we had to contact the front desk again. The police had to come and evict the people. I am happy the police came but this went on for much too long before the front desk people showed some sort of authority. We were at the hotel for two nights with family members staying in another room. We do understand that hotels cannot predict such people from causing a public disturbance however our issue is why did it take so long before management acted. We never got a proper rest seeing the problem wasn't resolved until about 2:45 a.m. Thank you, Luisa & Jeffrey Adams
