Elevators not working. False fire alarm requiring exit shortly after arrival. Noisy. Rooms in disrepair (missing handles on furniture, doors not closing easily and noisy).

This location has seen allot of wear and tear and could very much use a remodel. The elevators are extremely slow. Our specific room had a very loud AC that rattled nonstop. As a frequent EB suites traveler, one of the least desirable locations I’ve encountered. Doesn’t meet the standard I’ve been accustomed too

Avoid !

Absolutely miserable ! Hotel was packed and 2 out of 4 elevators were broken. Spent so much time waiting for elevator , taking stairs or riding up so I could go down ! First night my room was at 76 and I was sent a fan and told to open sliding door. 2nd night they sent someone to work on ac. When I left Sunday at11 the thermostat was on 56 and temp was 71 in room !
