Our Executive room was space, clean and modern. Our stay was comfortable in it. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was delicious. What really set it apart was their helpful staff. The director rooms, Aziz, personally helped us out with extending our stay in the same room, even though the hotel was fully booked.

They will rule in favor of the company over the client even if it amounts to saving pennies giving little concern for the client EVEN WHEN THEY RECOGNIZED THEY WERE IN THE WRONG! Stay at Royal Swiss Lahore
Overall the hotel is amazing compared to what Pakistan has to offer. Very clean the staff was very friendly and always greeting with a smile. However I found that the Cafe on the first floor had very little to offer as most of the stuff on the menu was out. We tried hot and sour soup which I would give a 5 out of 10. Other then this over stay was a very positive experience. Thank you to all the staff.
