Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. The unit we were given was not family suite I booked for, though it has 2 bedrooms and was fit for a family of 4. The check-in was a letdown.
The unit was nicely decorated and overall was good, however the bedcover were not clean (some yellow stains). The location was a bit out of town, thought it wasn't too far to walk to the beach and the old town.
