Beautiful hotel. Super location. Very clean. My only complaint would be it wasn’t very sound proof. I could hear everything from rooms next door and even across hall. The breakfast situation and choices due to Covid meant a disappointing breakfast but I understand it’s due to Covid and hope they return to buffet style soon I’d definitely recommend this hotel in a heartbeat! 👍

Enjoyable stay, will be a repeat customer.
Had a pretty good stay. Place is less than a year old so fairly modern, and it was a decently sized room. Lots of plugs and usb sockets across the room - silly consideration, but I liked that. It is two-tier wifi but I found basic plenty acceptable, but that could be due to the lower occupancy. Their approach to covid precautions was favorable, gave me more confidence in my choice over my last hotel stay elsewhere. My two "biggest complaints" is that our bed squeaked a bit and the pool was a tad smaller that the picture makes it to look - but most are and the bed was still comfortable. Would definitely stay there again next trip over. Breakfast selection was limited, but I was happy with the options.

I want to start by saying that the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic and I can’t say enough good things about them and their quick action to resolve the issues we had. The first night we arrived and checked into our room, we found a shard of glass on the tile floor and there were also pieces of dirt on the desk. Front desk was very quick to get us into a new room and we were happy, until we discovered the toilet was leaking on the floor. We advised front desk and a maintenance person came up right away, verified that it was leaking but because it was so late, we were told someone would be by in the morning to fix it. Great, we had no problem with that. We headed out for the day the following morning, and when we came back before dinner, the toilet was still leaking. We let front desk know and the maintenance person who had been sent to fix it said “it’s condensation” and did not do anything about it, even though you could see the water seep from the base every time you flushed it. Front desk then moved us to a third room and this room was fabulous. The service from the front desk was exactly what I have always experienced from a Hampton; friendly, helpful, and always trying to go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests. I was disappointed, however, that the maintenance and cleaning staff may not share the same philosophy. I acknowledge that some of this may be due to the pressures from COVID but it would make me reluctant to stay here in the future.
