Lage vom Hotel ok - Innenstadt und Münster fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet; große Zimmer, jedoch schlechte Mattratzen. Ganz negativ - Klimaanlage ging nicht, war eigentlich der Hauptgrund der Buchung !

Wird dem Premium im Namen leider nicht gerecht.

Am bislang heißesten Tag des Jahres eröffnete man mir beim CheckIn auf Frage nach der Klimatisierung, dass diese seit Wochen nicht funktioniert. Für mich vollkommen unfassbar, warum man diesen Defekt nicht behebt. Mich erwartete ein stark aufgeheiztes Zimmer mit Abendsonne. Nicht einmal die Vorhänge waren zugezogen zum Wärmeschutz. Es standen lediglich dicke Decken zur Verfügung. Vor meinem Fenster war ein Fahnenmast des Hoteleingangs. Durch die zwangsweise notwendige durchgehende Lüftung wurde ich nachts von durchgehend klappernden Drahtseilen am Fahnenmast wachgehalten. Ich habe daher eine der unangenehmsten Nächte seit Langem erleben müssen. Das Personal hat netterweise die Parkkosten erlassen, mich aber darauf hingewiesen, dass ja auch online gar keine Klimatisierung mehr angegeben sei. Ich reise seit Jahren viel, auf den Eintrag Klimaanlage habe ich jedoch tatsächlich noch nie geachtet. Diese setzte ich bisher bei Häusern dieser Kategorie voraus... Man lernt nie aus. Wohlgemerkt ist ja auch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, sie wird einfach nicht repariert.

Das Personal ist wirklich super freundlich, alles war top sauber und auch das Ambiente zum wohlfühlen! Lediglich der frühere (angefragte und zugesagte) Bezug des Zimmers hat nicht geklappt, was angesichts der Hitze unangenehm war, da ich in meiner Motorrad-Kleidung warten musste

Tolle Lage, toller Service, unser Hund war ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Einziges Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage. Es gab zwar eigenen Ventilator, was aber leider nicht wirklich ausreichend war.

The staff at the Golden Tulip Parkhotel Neu-Ulm are really friendly and helpful and should be commended for this. I requested a non-smoking room, just to be put into a smoking room! They did change it for me. The passages in the hotel have a stale smoke smell, which is really not nice and quite disgusting. The wifi was not working and the reason given "it is because we are fully booked". You would think that in the day and age we live in, this should not be an excuse or an issue. The room did not have any (or at least very little in the, what used to be, mini bar) packing space. There is one drawer which is occupied by extra linen. There is ample hanging space. The breakfast is good with a nice variety.

Zimmer sauber, aber sehr dunkel eingerichtet. Toilette dringend reinigungsbedürftig. Restaurant auf Umwegen zu erreichen, Frühstück ausreichend, aber laute Diskussionen des dortigen Personals untereinander sehr störend.

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed med udsigt over Donau og over Ulm´s gamle bydel. Værelset (executive) var godt og rummeligt. Svimming poolen var desværre lukket og anvendes nu til depot. Maden i Restauranten var ikke noget at råbe hurra om. Det virkede som om kokken var sjusket. Vi bestilte en traditionel Wiener snitzel af kalv - vi var jo i Tyskland. Den vat stegt /kogt for hårdt, kunne næsten ikke skæres over og var grå og kedelig. Vi klagede til tjeneren og fik nye portioner, nu var snitzlen med dårligsmag (måske ligget for længe ude) og helt bløde pommes fritter. Vi spiste heller ikke dette, og måtte betale fuld pris alligevel ! Så bo på hotellet, og spis i Gammel Ulms mange gode restauranter i den hyggelige bydel, kun 10 minutters gang fra hotellet..
