Much much better than expected! The location was great, and the property itself was spacious with plenty to enjoy. There was a nice variety of food options, including morning smoothies and ice cream, which was a hit. The entertainment was fun, and the pools were thoughtfully designed— a small kiddie pool, a larger family pool, and two adults-only pools. Our room was quite large and offered a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the on-site coffee café was amazing. Would absolutely love to come back again!

Fantastic hotel, we loved that it was pet-friendly, our dog loved to walk out the pedestrian entrance. Beautiful clean and well-furnished room (plenty of space for our travel crib), wonderful staff, clean pool and facilities. My wife is celiac and the restaurant team took amazing care of her (especially Beatriz & Raul :) even homemade gluten-free brownies and bread! We were blown away, can't wait to come back. The property itself is very well maintained. The tower is the referbished while the 2 side wings are being upgraded. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Beach beautiful and clean. Food was delicious but often was like warm. I like it hot! Selection very good. The lobby area was beautiful with a wonderful cool breeze we loved. The adult bar and pool area was a lot of fun!! Their serloin steak burger was fantastic. Events changed daily and was wonderful. Just the older rooms were tired. I'd do it again!!
