まず、看板がなく、探すのに時間がかかり、日本語スタッフが、いない、iPadで変換しながら会話、しつこい、時間かかる、清掃はまるで駄目、シーツ類は変えてない。オーナー、スタッフは悪くないが、宿泊施設としての体制が、まるで整っていない。もしかして無認可営業では？御社もしっかり調査するべきでは？とにかく怖かった。

場所が絶対わからない！民泊施設です。

場所が全くわからない。表示も何もありません。2時間近くさまよいました。空港からタクシーで向かいましたがタクシーの運転手さんも全く分かりませんでした。アパートの一室です。通りかかる人に聞いても分からず、コンビニの店員さん聞いても分からず、最終的に違うホテルに飛び込んで、聞くと電話した上に歩いて近くに案内してもらいオーナーに出てきてもらいました。表札も出ていなく、2連泊しましたが、掃除タオルの補充は一切なく驚きました。担当者は親切でした。
