péssima administração
Chegamos no hotel e nao tinha nem água para oferecer aos clientes. Não tinha absolutamente nada na pousada. Cheio de regras que não informam no momento da reserva. Qnd fiz a reserva diseram que a piscina era aquecida, mas a piscina é GELADA! O hotel nao tem nenhum tipo de som, nem som ambiente e é proibido utilizar qualquer tipo de caixinha de som. Fora o café da manhã não tem nenhum serviço de comida. NADA! Se quiser comer ou beber algo tem que levar, e nao nos avisam nada disso. Para chegar precisa passar por estrada de chão. Portão emperrando. Saímos a noite, qnd voltamos o portão nao abria, ficamos uns 5 minutos do lado de fora. Totalmente no escuro, no meio do nada. O rapaz que cuida da pousada, Douglas é muito atencioso. O problema é na administração mesmo.Local agradável e bonito. Quarto confortável.
