Excelente custo benefício!
Um hotel econômico no valor e na estrutura, e com excelente atendimento, diferenciado e cuidadoso, café da manhã variado, excelente localização e limpeza. Fomos muito bem atendidos principalmente pelas funcionárias Lauana e Fernanda. Fernanda nos recebeu e rapidamente fez os tramites do check in liberando os 9 quartos com muita simpatia. Lauana nos ajudou muito com minha mãe que é idosa. REcomendo!!!

Hotel de boa qualidade, café da manhã serviço de quarto recepção muito bom...ótima localização, tem uma agência de viagem dentro hotel confiável...porém no anúncio do app está escrito estacionamento disponível, nao fala se é cobrado ou grátis... mas assim q fiz a reserva no app recebi msg do hotel q o estacionamento é cobrado a parte... enfim, recomendo...ficaria hospedado de novo

Habitacion pequeña con techo bajo. Debiamos coordinar quien se movería para no chocarnos. Absurdo que debes tener efectivo para usar los juegos o el masageador ya que en recepcion no te cambian si pagas con tarjeta ni puedes cargar a tu habitacion tampoco. Desayuno poco variado y en un espacio pequeño. La limpieza sí es buena.

Venda de Cotas dentro do Hotel e abordagem
De modo geral foi boa a estadia, o café é muito bom. Ficamos incomodados com a presença de uma pessoa no hotel que achamos que era funcionário oferecendo um jantar de cortesia se fossemos conhecer o Resort My Mabu durante 1h do nosso tempo. Como achamos que era uma cortesia do hotel, até porque fomos abordados dentro dele aceitamos. Um carro veio nos buscar e quando chegamos no Resort, não era nada disso. Fomos a principio recebidos bem, porem nos levaram a uma sala de convenções onde tentaram nos vende cotas fracionárias de estadia no Mabu. Quiseram fazer uma lavagem cerebral em nós e em diversas famílias que estavam lá Se não fossemos esclarecidos tinhamos saído com uma dívida de R$ 198.000,00. Após 3hs e depois de muitos nãos, saímos de lá sem jantar e ainda fomos mal tratados na saída. Na foto anexa, registramos a pessoa abordando uma cliente na qual tentamos sinalizar que era golpe. Registramos nossa reclamação no Hotel. Antes de aceitarmos dissemos que não gostaríamos de participar de nada que envolvesse vendas. Nos sentimos enganados!
