Pros include fantastic location literally a few minute walk to the mall of the Emirates. Also, in the middle of an area of local restaurants. Listen and staff. Food is average but white selection and good pricing. I wouldn’t read it about a three star hotel but it delivers what a promises and good value for money

Very clean hotel, and the staffs are very helpful, accessible and knowledgeable. I had an incident where I lost my passport and credit cards and the whole team went above and beyond to help me find them. I cannot thank Freeman, the security manager and the whole team enough who made sure I was calm until I found my passport. I will be staying at this hotel the next time i visit Dubai
