An excellent stay at a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good, but it can get very busy. The room and hotel was kept very clean, there always seemed to be domestic staff in the corridors. If I return to Gdansk I would be happy to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking of staying here ask to stay on the riverside as there were building works on the other side when we were there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to change rooms for us and responded quickly and thoughtfully with any issues we brought to them. The river/city views are stunning, and food in the restaurant is wonderful. The location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. We hold very fond memories of staying here.

I stayed in a Superior Room, and it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean.The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Gdańsk, just a short walk from the historic Old Town. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea station. The only minor downside was that the view from my window wasn’t particularly remarkable, but this didn’t detract from the overall comfort.

Vey nice impressive Hotel and very helpful staff. But the Swimming Pool times starting only at 9 am in them morning is a pain! I like to swing before breakfast and here is never enough time to do so as the breakfast is finishing at 10.30 am. Therefore I did not book the Hotel room with breakfast. Hotel is loosing out of breakfast bookings! As well there is the only adult time as from 6 pm to 8 pm. Kids are allowed to swim all day in the pool which is terrible if adults want to swim in a quite ambience. The pool has a metal construction which makes the pool very small. no one ever goes onto it and this should be removed.

Worst holiday in recent memory. Staff unhelpful when I was unwell in bed, hotel unequipped to handle the amount of people staying, spa dirty, pool freezing, customer service non existent. Don’t stay here, there are surely better options in Gdańsk. We cut our holiday short and came home. This isn’t a high end hotel.

There are two huge concrete pillars in the middle of the room that make the usable space way small than it should be. Bed is comfy. And view isn't that great. It was very noisy, every evening and night, the cleaning lady not comming every morning so I need to go out to find her to get towels or coffee, I need to tell her at I want to clean my room. And this «eco bag» to hanging out of the doors, to get some gift and droop cleaning..my son was thinking as is good ideè, we was hanging out and get nothing for that! But cleaning woman sad, when bag haning outside we not comming for cleaning..no sens only disappointed kid.

Allt var bra. Läge, rum, personal etc FÖRUTOM Spa. Borde vara straffbelag att kalla det för SPA. Saker ska nämnas med dess rätta ord. Ex borde det stå att det finns en liten bassäng med bubbelpool för 6 personer, inklämt i en hörna.Välbesökt, mesta dels av barnfamiljer som nyttjar det som ett kommunalt badhus. Öppet för alla åldrar och måste bokas för tillträde. Fasta tider på 1.5h, så spontan besök förbjudna. Vilket INTE går att utläsa vid bokning. Utan informeras i fintstil text i ngt av alla mejl som kommer efter bokning eller så vet man på plats. Så om Ni tänker Spahotell. Boka inte. Men som tillhåll för att hänga i Gdansk är det kalas. Goda drinkar spektakulär läge. Bra rum och hyfsad frukost.

Fick vänta för länge på rummet trots ”lågsäsong” och måndag. Ofräscht i vissa spautrymmen, lukta illa i korridoren. Inget dåligt hotell men det var inte prisvärt. Frukosten var inte heller prisvärd och rummet var kalt/tråkigt och inte så bra förvaringsutrymmen för det priset. Rena och fräscha rum men mkt ljud från kullerstensgatan.
