The staff are very friendly and approachable especially Michel at the frontdesk that did an awesome job making sure we are taking care of. He interacts each time he sees us, sugguested few places that we can explore as me and my fiance were visiting Brazil for the first time. It was a memorable experience. O hotel é excelente, a equipe de atendimento é fantástica e as piscinas são um sonho. Só a parte de alimentação deixa a desejar. Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções, o self service no almoço também com poucas opções e comida morna. O jantar a la carte foi o que salvou. A sobremesa quatro estações é maravilhosa. Eu voltaria pelas piscinas e o jantar a la carte, mas não pelo café da manhã e almoço. Destaque para a equipe: são excelente.
