The cleaning was poor when I receive it and was even worse the second day , the attitude of the people in the front desk was mean and this thing with the iron machine , it’s lame

Basique mais efficace
Le confort de la chambre est bon. Literie correcte, services basiques présents dans la chambre (eau à boire, savon, après shampoing, sèche-cheveux, rangement, bureau, chaise, serviettes). Le sol de la douche est un peu glissant. Le sol de la chambre de mon arrivé était sale. Les autres jours, tout a été impeccable. La cuisine du restaurant est simple mais bien pour un voyageur qui veut manger. Il y a le choix. Le personnel est accueillant mais pour un hotel je pense qu'ils ont besoin de formation en hôtellerie. Des questions posés : temps trajet aéroport, restaurants au tour de l'hôtel, suggestions pour les déplacements. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et complet en choix. Il n'y avait pas de pain complet mais en demandant j'ai eu.

En esta ocasión no fue buena experiencia el Check in, no encontraban la reservacion, tardaron mas de 30 minutos buscando. Hasta que se acercó otro empleado a solucionar.

Incomodo y con alimentos en muy mal estado.
Servicio nada amable de personal de recepción, me enfermé terriblemente por unas fajitas de pollo en el restaurante, las camas no tienen colchón, si no un fouton que no está adherido a la base y al estar dormido se recorre y puedes caerte si te mueves. La zona es insegura y no es recomendable caminar en el entorno además de que no hay nada cerca.
