Budget option on the east coast
It is a basic and reasonably priced hotel compared to nearby resort options. It is stated as 3.5 stars but I would have guessed 2.5. Check-in process was slow as they could not find the reservation. Receptionists are not rude but lacked any sense of customer service. Room is large with furnitures that feels a bit old and worn. Bed was large and had nice and fresh bedlinen. If your room is towards the street you will need earplugs. My suggestion for improvement includes looking the customer in the eyes and greet them as they approach the desk. It is a free and goes a long way to start a mutually friendly conversation. If there is any investment available to the property, consider sound proofing the windows towards the street. In the meantime, consider adding earplugs among the amenities.

2/10 Poor

Room was really noisy because of the A/C in the room but also because of the Ac machine outside the window. When I called the reception to know if they didn’t have another room, they sent me the cleaner who was really rude and make me feel that there was no noise

I stayed here on a Saturday night after a day pass at nearby Snoopy Beach, intending to go back on the next day, butinstead went North to Turtle Beach and beyond on an exploratory drive to Dibba before returning to Dubai. At tbhis hotel, I had a great night's sleep. The room was large and clean and quiet and furnished with a desk and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. So, I would be glad to highly recommend this place as a very nice place to sleep the night while engaged in tourism from the big city. Thgere were restaurants nearby which I did not go to. I did not look at the pool as that was not why I was there. There could be no competition with the very nice beach resorts nearby, and that's not the point of this place. The reception people were very nice and competent. Overall, a very pleasant place for a night.

The property was beautiful for an older style hotel, right on the main coastal highway, and not typical of many of the full-service resorts in the area. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the building and rooms were clean and roomy, and the rooftop pool was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy both the sun and the ocean breeze.

Nice hidden gem in Dibba
For the price and location you really cant beat this place. The customer service was very responsive and friendly and quickly changed my room for another when the first option did not have working wifi and TV. The pool and deck could use some maintenance...not exactly a relaxing and comfortable spot. The pictures on this site for the pool must have been taken years ago on a perfect day. The hotel has a bar attached with incredible deals and it was very nice to visit. The restaurant in the hotel has room service and to be honest I think this was the best meal I had in the Dibba area. Much better than anything nearby. You can walk to the beach from this hotel and there are plenty of cafes and markets nearby too.

A good budget option in Aqah
This is a good budget option in Aqah, if you are having sticker shock from the resorts just a few minutes away. There are a few small shops and restaurants nearby, though your best dining options will be at the resorts. I did not use the pool to comment, though the bar/restaurant was nothing special. My room and bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was actually quite spacious. The service was overall good, mainly due to how busy they were at the time. Breakfast service was a little chaotic due to the space arrangement and corona restrictions, but I could tell the staff were doing their best. My only serious critiques would be, please ensure the A/C is on well before breakfast, as it gets quite hot at the rooftop level, and please ensure all of the room fixtures are in good repair. I observed partially broken (or partially working?) things everywhere in my room. For the guests, don't forget to switch on your water heater and allow it time to warm up if you want a hot shower.

More or less what you can expect for a very cheap hotel. Don’t go there if you are used to normal Dubai standard. It is for sleeping, and nothing else.

One night stay only
Hotel is conveniently located if you want to quickly get to sea side and ok priced for one night stay/sleep only. There is parking in front of the hotel. Room had kettle and some tea. During check in the receptionist couldn't find my booking There were two check in people and two attending, but still it took about half hour to check me in. I was apologized afterwards for inconvenience. On arrival at the room - the key didn't work. Went down and was assisted with employee who opened my room with master key. I had no working key throughout the stay. The room was from the street side. It was not quiet and could hear cars throughout the night. Check out was without problems.

Nice hotel but expensive
Very expensive hotel for what you get, the finishing on construction is not good, with lots of construction writing on surfaces and grout covered the entire bathroom floor. It was extremely expensive for what we got. The breakfast was awful. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Incredibly great for the price
We can really recommend staying there. If you go by car to Sandy Beach it’s the perfect place. Everyone was really nice and they gave us a quiet room. It was a twin room but they joined the beds and we did not notice the difference, was worth the good night’s sleep. No carpet on the floor and a/c at 17 when we arrived let us shiver a little. Room is big and bathroom has a nice shower but water comes though a gap in the shower cabin and wets the floor. We got additional towels when we asked for them. Breakfast is quite vegan friendly we have eaten less well in 5* hotels. Would definitely go back.

Seen better days but good service
Realively cheap hotel so expect that is is not perfect. Really friendly and helpfull staff and the room was clean but it has seen better days. Broken furintures and a scent sprayer going off every 15 minutes or so the whole night. At least its clean and cheap.
